The population of the Pine Bluff MSA was 67,940 in 2016, with the Pine Bluff CSA totaling 101,614.

Pine Bluff is a city in Arkansas, United States. It is the county seat of Jefferson County, Arkansas. The population of the city was 49,083 in the 2010 Census.
