One of the most stunning places to visit in Germany is certainly the beautiful Rhine Valley. Here, you can find lots of picturesque small towns and gorgeous views. The weather here is usually milder than elsewhere in Germany, which makes it ideal for trips in late summer or autumn.

If you arrive here during one of the official carnival celebrations, you can experience a touch of authentic German partying. People in Mainz love their carnival and even made “Rosenmontag”, the height of carnival season, an official bank holiday.

Borkum is one of the beautiful islands in the German northern sea. It is located in the East Frisian Islands off the northwestern coast of Germany. It is the largest and most populated of the East Frisian Islands, with a population of over 20,000. The island is known for its beaches, birdwatching, and healing saltwater baths.
